Katie shares openly about some of her life experiences, since a very young age, that have shaped who she is, some of them very painful. She speaks about the importance of her relationship with the Lord and how that has impacted her life. She shares honestly about her experiences with therapy and ways it has been beneficial to her mental health and well being. The chapters about creating boundaries, finding your true identity, and levels of friendships really resonated with me. I highly recommend reading this book.
